Bookings for Neringa Ski Club
Please read the following before requesting further information.
An online booking will reserve your place. The booking needs to be paid within 7 days to confirm the booking, otherwise it may be cancelled.
If a booking is made within a few days of the booking start, the booking must be paid by PayPal, which is immediate. Otherwise bring cash to pay on arrival. If you have paid by EFT, and the payment hasn't gone through (sometimes 3 days), then you will need to pay cash on arrival and get the EFT refunded later.
Payments may be made online with Paypal, Credit Card or EFT, or offline by cheque.
The rooms are 4 bunks per room, and one room with 6 bunks. They are shared rooms, so others may be in your room if the lodge is full.
This year, if there are 3 of you and you want a room for yourselves, you can book 4 beds, naming one of them 'empty', and you will get that bed for free. Please wait a few days for me to adjust your booking to correct the price before paying. A similar deal if there are 5 of you for the 6 bed room.
If 2 of you want a room to yourselves, you can pay for a 3rd bed and get the 4th for free.
You must bring your own bed linen (sheets & pillow case), and towels. If you don't bring them, you will have to rent some from our staff. If you have a sleeping bag, you need to bring a pillow case.
Communal kitchen and lounge area. Showers and toilets are in 2 separate areas, one for men and one for women.
You can arrive anytime from about 8am in the morning, and store your gear downstairs and move in after skiing.
As weekends are most popular and heavily booked, we cannot split a weekend into just one single night. If you want to stay only on Friday night or on Saturday night, the booking will be billed as 2 nights.
Refunds:If the mountain is COVID closed, full refund for your booking.
If the mountain COVID closes while you are there, full refund for the days it is closed.
If someone in your group gets sick just as the booking is due to start, full refund for any/all who don't come, no questions asked.
If bed numbers are COVID reduced, then a full refund for those who booked last and now miss out.

students are eligible for a student discount. Tertiary students should bring photo id.
**Weekend includes Friday and Saturday nights. You may arrive on Friday morning and leave on Sunday afternoon.
